Two groups of people, always refered as Post-80 Generation and Post-90 generation(个人觉得80、90后这样翻译不确切,使用80s' born 以及90s' born会好一些), are the central researching subjects in recent. But the research mostly are desriptive and observational. 90s will soon join the employment market in 2013 and that might cause some management issues. This paper is design to forcus on their motive and perspective between post-80s and post-90s and distinguish their differences, in order to provide future reference to their management.。
The research methods mostly are based on Taiwanese Researchers, Yang, Guoshu and Yu, An'bang's "Social-oriented Accoplishment & Motivation Scale" and "Individual-oriented Accoplishment Motivation Scale" as the reasearching tools, and research were designed as questionnairs amongst 190 post-80s and post-90s as the test samples, and analyzed differences and traits.。
The conlusion came up as following results:。
Overall, both post-80s and post-90s have a higher individual-oriented motivation than the social motivation, however, post-90s has a significantly higher social-oriented motivation than the post-80s.。
Amongst post-90s, individual-oriented motivation of the off-city subjects suggests a higher value than those of urban subjects; Males presents a higher individual-oriented motivation than females; Only-child do not presents a big differences than the None-only-child in both motivations.。
Amongst post-80s, Individual-oriented motivation of the off-city subjects and urban subjects do not presents a big difference as the post-90s did, in the perspective from others, males shows a higher individual motivation than the females; and only-child still show no significant differences than the non-only-child.。
