AE-L是曝光锁定，L是锁那么你在拍摄逆光时，人物会显的很暗，那么这个时候走近人物，对人物脸部对焦及测光（半按快门），这时AE和AF同时锁定，但是我们只需要锁定AE不需要对焦锁定，这个时候，再同事按住AE-L不放，然后放开快门，这个时候你开头半按快门时的光圈和快门已经被AE-L给锁定，然后退后，拍全身像，半按快门，不能防守AE-L，半按快门后，重新对焦，但是暴光是采用你先前锁定的AE值。这时放开AE-L，再按后半格快门，成像。其实这个原理非常简单，就好比，白色的墙上一幅画，你对画半按快门，那么就是对画对焦和测光。但是现在需要这种情况，要对白色的墙测光，但是对焦是对画对焦，这个时候，对白色的墙半按快门，后按住AE-L，锁定暴光值，移动相机对画进行对焦，再按下快门就行了。
