微脂囊球包覆技术(Liposomal-tech)是什么？

自从1965年Bangham发现脂质体后，1971年Gregoriadis和Rymen首次报道将脂质体作为药物载体，上世纪70年代末脂质体开始作为蒽环类抗肿瘤药物的有效载体。脂质体是类似生物膜结构的双分子小囊，是具有单个或多个双层磷脂膜的囊泡，其主要成分是磷脂，磷脂分子中含磷酸基团的部分具有强烈极性(亲水性)，碳氢链具有非极性(疏水性)[21。具有下述优点:①体内可被生物降解，免疫原性小。②水溶和脂溶性药物都可包埋运载，药物缓释，药效持续时间长。③通过细胞内吞融合作用，脂质体可直接将药物送人细胞内，避免使用高浓度游离药物从而降低不良反应。④正常组织毛细血管壁完整，大部分的脂质体不能渗透，而肿瘤生长部位毛细血管的通透性增加，使脂质体阿霉素聚集量增加，并由于阿霉素的缓释，直接用于肿瘤部位，增加了治疗效果。脂 质体 阿霉素进人体循环后主要被网状内皮系统(reticuloendothelial system, RES)中的白细胞、单核细胞及巨噬细胞吞噬[31，这对于RES肿瘤的治疗有特殊的意义。早期脂质体阿霉素的应用因稳定性差、药物易渗漏、储存期限短、组织靶向性差和易被RES迅速清除等受到限制。现在在其表面包裹了高分子物质聚乙二醇的脂质体(peated liposomaldoxorubicin, PLD，即“隐形”脂质体，stealth liposome,其商品名为Caelyx )因其组成中含有亲水性聚合物，可提高其表面的亲水性。而且Caelyx的衍生物可以阻止血浆蛋白吸附，调理于脂质体表面[41，减少RES的吞噬吸收，逃避免疫统的拦截，延长了药物在体内的循环时间[51a。

据查，已经FDA认可，主要成分为透明质酸凝胶，是皮肤中的一种自然成分，透明质酸凝胶可增加皮肤的胶原质和弹性蛋白，将此成分注入肌肤后，为嘴唇提供空间充盈水分并填充唇部及两颊的皱折皮肤，效果可持续三到六个月，或更长时间。
如果透明质酸凝胶没有引起敏感反应，而其缺点是不包含麻醉剂，故其注射会比较痛苦，此产品也可引起暂时性发炎、肿胀、泛红，尤其是嘴唇部位。
另外的一些丰唇成分还有，钙羟基磷灰石及聚乙烯乳酸。

When injected into the skin, hyaluronic acid gel binds to water and provides volume to plump lips and fill larger folds of skin around the mouth and cheeks. Other fillers, such as calcium hydroxyapatite and poly-L-lactic acid, often are used for enhancement of the lips' surrounding areas. While these fillers are not placed directly in the lips, they add to the overall effect by filling and supporting the lines and hollows around the lips. They can soften a down-turning mouth and restore fullness to the larger folds of skin around mouth. Botulinum toxin also may be placed in key areas around the lip to minimize muscle movement that contributes to wrinkles such as frowning and pursing.。
